Security Support Implementation Engineer
We are working with a global client who is looking for a highly
technical support engineer, who has an interest in Security,
Architecture, and, Support. This role is ideal for someone who wants
to works in a super technical role/company but also enjoys customer
interaction.
Key
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical support both internal and external
Troubleshoot difficult issues and own the process from start to finish
Work with other technical team and provide ideas on how to improve
various systems, this team includes product support, R&D, QA
etcDocument fixes and issues
Accept escalations from L1 and L2 colleagues
_ABILITY TO_ work with limited supervision, and can fix technical
issues themselves ?Key
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a Senior presales/technical support role
ideally with a security related company
Strong problem solving skills
A strong technical background in the following, OpenAPI/Swaggers, Rest
API&#**Apply on the website**;s and DevOps/SECDev Ops Experience
?with API management, Firewalls, SAST and DAST would be ideal
Interested in new technology and always wanting to move forward
Security solution experience with VeraCode, Synopsis, Sqreen and Check
